01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Crumble feta into mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, parsley, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
03 - Lay one phyllo sheet on work surface. Brush lightly with olive oil. Top with second sheet and brush again. Repeat to create 4 stacks of 2 sheets each.
04 - Cut each stacked phyllo rectangle in half to create 8 equal pieces.
05 - Place 2 tablespoons feta mixture near short end of each phyllo piece. Fold sides inward and roll tightly into log. Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
06 - Brush tops with olive oil. Bake 18-20 minutes until golden and crisp.
07 - Combine honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice in small saucepan. Warm gently 2-3 minutes, stirring until well mixed.
08 - Let rolls cool slightly. Drizzle generously with warm chili honey before serving.
