01 - Line a baking tray with parchment paper to create a clean surface for the dipped pretzels.
02 - Place semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until completely smooth. Repeat this process separately with the white chocolate.
03 - Hold each pretzel rod and dip approximately two-thirds of its length into the melted chocolate. Lift and allow excess chocolate to drip off back into the bowl.
04 - Immediately place dipped pretzels on the prepared tray. While chocolate remains wet, generously coat with Easter sprinkles or drizzle with melted candy melts for decorative effect.
05 - Allow pretzels to rest at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes until chocolate firms completely. For accelerated setting, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
